This Privacy Policy explains how personal data collected through the website https://rasolutionsagency.com (the "Site") is processed, in accordance with Peru's Personal Data Protection Law No. 29733 (Ley de Protección de Datos Personales) and its Regulation, approved by Supreme Decree No. 016-2024-JUS.

- Personal data bank: "Prospecto de clientes" (client prospects), registered with Peru's National Registry of Personal Data Protection under code PN-2026-407.
2. Personal data we collect
a) Contact form. When you submit the contact form we collect:
- Your name (required).
- Your email address (required).
- The type of service you are interested in (required).
- The URL of your current website, if you indicate you have one (optional).
- Information about your project, as free text (optional). Please do not include sensitive data or third-party data in this field.
- The language of the page you submit the form from and the date and time of submission, which are added automatically.
b) Technical browsing data. As with any website, when you visit the Site your browser sends technical connection data (for example, IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time). This data is processed by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, to deliver the Site, protect it against abuse and log technical errors.
c) Theme preference. If you choose light or dark mode, that preference is saved in your browser's local storage (localStorage). It stays on your device and is not sent to our servers.
d) What we do not do. The Site does not use third-party analytics, advertising or tracking tools, does not set its own cookies, and serves its fonts from the Site itself rather than loading them from external services.
e) External links. The Site includes links to WhatsApp and LinkedIn. If you use them, you will leave the Site and any information you share on those services is governed by their own privacy policies.
3. Purposes of processing
We process your personal data to:
- Handle and reply to your contact request.
- Assess your project and send you information or a proposal about the services you asked about.
- Manage the pre-contractual relationship and, if you decide to hire our services, the business relationship with you.
- Keep the Site secure and prevent automated spam submissions.
We do not sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising. If we ever wish to use it for a different purpose, we will ask for your consent first.
4. Legal basis and consent
Processing of the form data is based on your consent, which you give freely, in advance, expressly, in an informed and unequivocal manner when you submit the form after being informed of this Policy. Processing is also necessary to carry out the steps prior to a potential contract that you yourself request, in accordance with Article 14 of Law No. 29733.
Fields marked as required are necessary to answer your request; if you do not provide them, we will not be able to handle it. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to sales@rasolutionsagency.com, without retroactive effect.
5. Recipients and international transfers
To operate the Site and handle your request, your data may be processed by the following providers:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): Site hosting, content delivery network, running the service that receives the form, security and technical logs. Cloudflare operates servers in several countries, including the United States.
- Self-hosted n8n instance: form data is forwarded to an n8n instance operated directly by RA Solutions (not a third-party service), hosted on Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS) servers located outside Peru.
- Email: from n8n, your request is sent as an email to the RA Solutions address. That email is received through the email routing service of Cloudflare, Inc., which forwards it to a Gmail inbox (Google LLC, United States) where RA Solutions stores and handles requests.
This may involve a cross-border flow of personal data. By submitting the form you consent to that flow, which takes place only for the purposes described in this Policy. We will only share your data with authorities when required by law or by an order from a competent authority.
6. Retention period
If your request does not lead to a business relationship, we keep your personal data for a maximum of 12 months from the last contact, after which it is deleted. If you become a client, we keep it for as long as the business relationship lasts and, afterwards, only for as long as a legal obligation requires (for example, tax obligations). You can ask for it to be deleted at any time as described in section 8.
7. Security measures
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including: encrypted HTTPS connections, server-side validation of submitted data, integration credentials that are never exposed to the browser, filters against automated submissions, and content security policies. No system is completely infallible, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights and how to exercise them
As the data subject, you may exercise the following rights at any time, free of charge:
- Information: to know the purpose, recipients and other conditions of the processing.
- Access: to obtain information about the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification: to have inaccurate or incomplete data updated, completed or corrected.
- Cancellation: to have your data deleted when it is no longer necessary or you withdraw your consent.
- Objection: to object to the processing of your data on legitimate and well-founded grounds.
To exercise them, email sales@rasolutionsagency.com with the subject "Personal data protection", stating your full name, the right you wish to exercise, a clear description of your request and an email address for our reply. We may ask for a copy of your identity document to verify your identity; if you act through a representative, they must prove their authority. We will respond within the time limits set by Law No. 29733 and its Regulation.
9. Complaints to the National Authority
If you believe your request was not handled or was refused, or that the processing of your data breaches the law, you may file a complaint with Peru's National Authority for Personal Data Protection (Autoridad Nacional de Protección de Datos Personales) of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
10. Minors
The Site and its services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you are a minor, do not submit personal data without the authorization of your parents or guardians. If we find that we have received a minor's data without such authorization, we will delete it.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the Site or to applicable law. The current version will always be published on this page together with its last updated date.
12. Contact
